When items are in stock and orders are placed Monday – Thursday we aim to dispatch within 48 hours of payment being cleared. Orders placed over the weekend may take up to 24 hours longer to dispatch. During periods when we are receiving high volumes of orders (such as Christmas and Sale Periods) dispatch times may be longer. If you are experiencing delays with an order, please contact our office on +44 (0) 1268 770300 or via our contact form.
When we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification indicating your order is on its way. Customers waiting more than 72 hours to receive a dispatch email (excluding Bank Holidays) should contact our office.

All express next day delivery orders we receive from Monday to Friday before 11.30am will be processed on the same day for a next day delivery (excluding any Bank Holiday). Any orders we receive on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders received on any Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Please note due to logistics control the express delivery service may not be available at certain times.
Please note the following general points:
- All orders are sent by Royal Mail or selected couriers and are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
- A signature is required on receipt of goods.
- If a delivery has been attempted and is unsuccessful, a calling card will be left and an attempt to redeliver the next working day. Failing this, you will be responsible for retrieving the undelivered parcels or arranging a further re-delivery
- Today I’m Me only accepts orders for products that are in stock, with the following conditions:
- a. Payment is accepted and the billing address verified
- b. Delivery address is verified and confirmed
- c. Please note that should your first order request a different delivery address to the card billing address, delays may occur whist we confirm these details with you
- Delays may be caused by external influences (such as the weather)
- Please note that we do not deliver to BFPO, P.O Box or freight forwarding addresses.
- Deelite Trading Ltd will not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit when delivery is requested to a business address
NB: International orders may be subject to additional import and custom charges which will be payable in cash or cheque on delivery. You will be contacted by your local customs office prior to delivery.
NB: Today I'm Me Ltd advises that import and customs charges and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
Return and exchange policy
We are sure you will be satisfied with any product purchased from Today I’m Me, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason, please email at email@example.com to advise us of your intention to return an order with your reasons why.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations from the Office Of Fair Trading, we offer a no quibble refund policy provided goods are received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.
Products must be returned unused and in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging and with all Today I’m Me tags, dustcovers, straps, other accessories or gifts included with the purchased items.
We will refund the price of the product to the purchaser, but we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Postage is non refundable unless the product is faulty.
We will make no refunds to a third party.

Today I’m Me does not take responsibility for items lost in transit, so we would recommend that you use a secure service and retain proof of postage. The goods are your responsibility until we are in receipt of them so please make sure they are packaged up securely so no damage can occur.
We will refund the value of your returned purchase to your payment card and you will receive an email confirming your refund within 2-3 days. Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you will need to return the product through the process above, we will refund your original purchase amount and you will need to place another order for the new product.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.todayimme.com. However, as the colour calibration of computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Leather is a natural material and is therefore subject to change from hide to hide and with daily use. Changes in the colour of the leather and signs of wear are normal. Irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour in each bag should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty of the leather.
